- Gentleman Pens offers free shipping anywhere in North America. We ship worldwide, however any shipping outside of the USA and Canada will be calculated upon checkout.

- Gentleman Pens (www.gentlemanpens.com) will never distribute or sell your personal information, including email address, to any outside companies or organizations. Basically, we want to rid the world of spam as much as you do, so we definitely will keep your personal information safe.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you're not completely satisfied with your order within the first 6 months of purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your hard-earned cash. We stand behind our writing devices and other products so we don't doubt that you're going to love our products for years to come.
- Ordering
- Orders must be placed online using our web-based ordering system. At this time, we only accept payments using PayPal, which is a highly-trusted online payment processor. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, cash or any other sort of stone-age currency. If you have any questions, please contact us for more details.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All of the pricing on this site is decided by several factors. Seeing as most of the items on this site are handmade, using various materials, the following factors go into deciding a pricing: Cost of materials. (This includes wood species, hardware material and special inks or refills.) Time and complexity of design. Some pens take upwards of 4 hours to complete, start to finish. Lastly, some designs are simply better looking and highly sought after. These pens are generally priced higher.
- Viewing Orders
- At any point in time, you can log into your account to view your past orders. To do so, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log in. Once logged in, you will be taken to your account dashboard. On the left side of the screen there is a link to view "My Orders". Click that link. (Note: If you can't remember all that, just click here: My Orders)
- Updating Account Information
- It's important that you keep your account information up-to-date. This speeds up the checkout process for you, but also ensures that you're available to receive our latest promotions and sales. To update your personal information, log into your account and then use the "Account Information" link on the left hand side of the screen.
